Sometimes you set a campaign and Woodpecker shows it as “running”, but there seems to be something wrong.

Is my campaign actually running?

This tab informs you that we paused sending emails to some of your prospects.

Sometimes the campaign is running but you’re not sure if the emails are being sent because the stats haven't been updated.

You've noticed your campaign is running but it hasn't sent any message? Check if your email account is properly connected to Woodpecker.

Sometimes you might experience a situation when the follow-ups are not being sent, even though you would expect them to.

Any missing snippet for a prospect will be visible in the “To Check” tab. A prospect is given the PAUSED status, which stops the sending.

Woodpecker campaigns are displayed as Completed if there are no more emails in the sending queue.

Campaign errors are here to alarm you every time something’s not right with your email account and campaigns are not being sent.

Woodpecker couldn't authenticate your IMAP server, thus checking your incoming replies has been paused.
