I. Exporting statistics from a campaign
Go to a chosen campaign.
Scroll to the bottom of the page for statistics.
Click the 'Actions' tab.
Select 'Export as .csv'.
II. Exporting prospects from a campaign
Go to the 'Prospects' tab in your campaign.
Select a group of prospects, for example, SENT, OPENED, BOUNCED, or All prospects.
Check-mark prospects you wish to export.
Click 'Select all... prospects' to mark all the contacts.
Click the 'Actions' tab and choose 'Export as .csv'.
lII. Exporting prospects data from the 'Prospects' database
Go to 'Prospects'.
Check-mark prospects you wish to export.
After you checkmark some prospects, the 'Actions' tab will appear above the column.
Click 'Select all... prospects' to mark all the emails.
Click on the 'More actions' icon.
Select 'Export as .csv'.
lV. Exporting reports
Go to the Deliverability tab.
Click on the 'Reports' tab.
Select the period you're interested in.
Click on the icon to download your chosen report.
V. Exporting data from the Deliverability Monitor
Go to the ‘Deliverability’ tab and choose the 'Monitor' subtab.
Select the email account from ‘Send from’, the campaign name from ‘Campaign’, the timezone of your campaign from ‘Timezone’, and the data range from ‘Period’.
Click ‘Export’ and select CSV or PDF.
FAQ
Q: How can we export the answers to emails in the CSV?
Exporting the answers to your emails in a CSV file isn't possible due to it being too big. However, you can check the responses in your email provider's inbox, so no need to worry about ever missing them.
Q: Can I export prospects who OPENED/CLICKED/RESPONDED... in my campaign?
A: Sure! Open your campaign, go to 'Prospects', and select data that is interesting to you. Then check-mark your prospects and export them.
Q: Can I export prospects with a particular status?
A: Yes, you can. You can filter them by 'Status' and export them from both your campaign (1.) and the 'Prospects' database (2.)

Select one of the statuses.
Checkmark your prospects.
Click the three dots icon.
Select 'Export as .csv.'
II. 'Prospects' database.
Go to 'Prospects'.
Filter your prospects by 'Status'.
Select status, for example, 'ACTIVE'.
Checkmark your prospects.
Click the three dots icon.
Choose 'Export as .csv'.
