Writing unique and engaging email copy is no easy task, especially when you want to get the word out about your offer as quickly as possible.

However, waiting before you provide details is good practice to avoid using words that could be considered spam. To help you determine what those words are, you can use our Spamword Finder.

When creating or editing your campaign email, look for the Spamword finder icon in the edit options bar below.

If you’ve already written a copy, click on this icon, as it is turned off by default. The words currently considered spammy in cold emailing context will be highlighted in orange, so you can change or remove them from the copy.

You can also use this feature while writing the text – just click on the icon and it will be turned on for the entire time of editing the email. The words will be highlighted in real-time.

Note that the function will not immediately highlight all suspicious words, as the database is updated on a regular basis. If you're not sure about your judgment of the text, you can still check it with a third-party tool for analyzing spam words, such as this one.

As of now, our Spamword Finder works best for English, Polish, Spanish, and German language.
