Mind you, in case a prospect received at least one email in that campaign, you won't be able to remove it from the campaign. However, you will be able to delete that prospect from the main list of Prospects. Learn how and check how it works.
How it works
Prospects will be completely removed from the campaign if they didn't receive any emails from it.
If a prospect receives at least one email before removal, their conversation will be still visible in the campaign, and they will be included in its statistics.
If a prospect receives at least one email and is assigned an ACTIVE or NONRESPONSIVE status, Woodpecker will change that status to REMOVED.
If a prospect receives at least one email and responds to it (status RESPONDED), sends an autoreply (AUTOREPLIED), unsubscribes, or opts out (OPT-OUT), their status won't change after removal.
Deleting prospects from the campaign will not change their current status in the Prospects database.

Cleaning prospects list
In order to easily manage prospects that you have not contacted for a long time, there is a function for quick cleaning of the main prospect database.
After clicking on the "Clean your prospects list" option, it will filter out your database by four statuses: Blacklisted, Invalid, Bounced, and Opt-out, and by the Date filter
with prospects contacted over 3 months ago.
After filtered prospects appear, you can choose to remove them all or select only a few.
