Dashboard is available to users with the Sales Assistant product only.

The Dashboard will help you see the general performance of your Woodpecker account and allow you to respond more quickly to any problems that may arise.

You can enter Dashboard by clicking on its tab at the top bar of the Woodpecker App.

What you can see in this view:

  1. Newly engaged prospects – the number of prospects we sent anything within the last 30 days,

  2. Bounces - the number of bounced messages within the last 30 days,

  3. New conversations – the number of prospects who responded within the last 30 days,

  4. Requires attention – the list of campaigns requiring our attention, whether its regarding the To Check tab or unfinished Tasks,

  5. Email issues – the list of issues with specific mailboxes;

  6. Manual Tasks – the list of created Manual Tasks with the To-do and Overdue status; you’re able to mark them as done directly from the Dashboard level or head to the specific campaign.

For the “Requires attention,” “Email issues,” and “Manual tasks,” you can go directly to a specific campaign or mailbox and try to fix the issue at hand.

Besides those, there is information on product updates, onboarding checklists, redirection to the Help Center and Woodpecker Experts, and a space for customer feedback.

You can also see the Deliverability chart that can be set to show different stats, just like in the gif below:

Note that the Dashboard view is just information in a nutshell. For details, go to the Campaigns tab or your account settings.
