Notifications in Agency and how they work in a nutshell.

Once the Agency add-on is purchased on your account, notifications under the bell icon may vary depending on where you are in the app.


In the Agency HQ, the bell icon will contain only the notifications from the main company.

In the Agency panel, the bell icon will contain notifications from Clients that the user had access to when the request to generate a notification was processed.

In the Agency Client account, the bell icon will contain notifications regarding this Client only.

In the Agency panel, right after clicking on the bell icon, a sidebar will appear with the list of notifications. Those with a blue icon will be for information like product updates, Client status changes (Inactive/Active), or information about a completed warm-up.

Those with red dots will be telling you about any error that occurred, be that the disconnection of an email account, or a temporary block of the account due to spam issues.

In the content of the notification, you will see which Client it applies to.
