In some cases, you may find that your Dux-Soup campaign has stopped working. This can be frustrating, especially if you've put a lot into creating a perfect campaign. In this article, we'll explore some of the reasons why the Dux-Soup campaign might not be working, and how to resolve it.

Reasons why the campaign has stopped:

Dux-Soup account has been downgraded.

Integration between Woodpecker and Dux-Soup can work properly if there’s full access to the Dux-Soup API, and that is available with the Dux-Soup’s Turbo plan only. Whether you’ve been on a free trial for 14 days or purchased a Turbo plan for a limited time, there is a chance your Dux-Soup account will be downgraded by the end of such a plan.

This can result in the interruption of integration with Woodpecker, which will then lead to a campaign with LinkedIn tasks being stopped.

A quick resolution to this is to purchase/activate the Turbo plan again. It should work right away, but if you notice the campaign is still stopped, reload the extension and start your campaign by clicking on the “Run” button.

Wrong API key

If you definitely have a Turbo plan and your campaign still doesn't work, check that your API key matches what you typed into Woodpecker when you connected your account.

Head to the “Connect” tab in the Dux-Soup options and look at the Remote Control category, where you’ll find your personal Remote Control Authentication Key.

Check that the key has not been changed by someone else, or completely removed from this field. If it is, refresh your settings and try connecting to your Woodpecker account anew.

Remote Control switched off in the Dux-Soup panel

Last but not least, make sure the Remote Control switch in your Dux-Soup options is on. If it’s switched off, click on it until the button is green. By doing that, your Woodpecker account should be refreshed automatically.

Default campaign in Dux-Soup turned off

In the Dux-Soup Dashboard, under the Drip Campaigns tab, the default campaign is enabled from the beginning so that the requests from our system go there. However, if you notice that it was accidentally deactivated, turn it on again.
