Active clients
Inactive clients
How to use this panel:
Drop-down icon (1)
gives you the option to select the owner, manage email accounts, and grant access to any User.
Client (2) lists the Clients names;
Owner (3) is the user who owns/manages this company;
Connected prospects (4) is the number of prospects on which the action has been performed: email address has been validated, email has been sent, or a task was performed;
Stored prospects (5) gives you the number of prospects stored in the main “Prospects” table, except the deleted ones;
Running campaigns (6) is the number of active campaigns for this Client;
To be contacted (7) gives you the number of prospects that are waiting to be contacted in running campaigns;
Date added (8) is the date when the Client was added to the Agency panel;
Off/On (9)
is the little switch that allows you to fully deactivate or reactivate a Client;
Clean the client's prospect database (10) will let you quickly clean the client's prospect database without the need to log into them – it works for inactive clients too;
Log-in icon (11) will take you directly to that client’s sub-account. That's where you can modify any settings for that company, update the prospect base, and create or edit any campaigns.
The Clients tab gives you the possibility to manage users in a given company, ie. deciding on who will have access to it, who’s the owner, and the option to invite guests. The Agency Admin can enter everything, and they don’t need to be granted access additionally.
Under the “Team” tab, you can change the owner of such a Client (only if you’re already the owner) and choose who will have access to it. From the dropdown list, you’re able to select multiple team members.
The list of Clients can also be arranged alphabetically – the same goes for the names of Client account owners. You can also sort the list according to the number of contacted accounts and active campaigns.
If you want to deactivate the Client, you can do so by clicking on the "Off/On" switch next to its name. A window will pop up with the information that when you do this, the operation will stop all campaigns for this client, but all client data will be retained, including stored prospects, which will count towards your limit.

Deleting the Client
You’re able to completely delete a Client by clicking on the trashbin icon right next to the switch icon. Keep in mind that the Client has to be deactivated beforehand. As a precaution against accidental deletion, you will have to enter a word confirming your choice.
The process of deletion will start, so the Client won’t be erased straight away, but entering it will be blocked.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter a warning icon (orange or red) appearing next to an address in a particular client, click on the address for details.
The red icon indicates a disconnected account, which can be fixed by going into the Client's account's settings and then the Email Account settings, where you'll find an option to reconnect the mailbox.
The orange icon alerts you to an issue with SPF, DKIM, or domain age. You can just hover over the icon to check the details of such a notification and take appropriate action based on it – whether it's configuring SPF or DKIM records correctly or stopping sending if the domain is too young.
"To be contacted" column
This column shows how many prospects are left to be contacted in each Client’s running campaigns.
This value is counted for each Agency Client. What you see is the number of all prospects who have not completed any steps in all campaigns that are RUNNING.
A prospect will be considered "to be contacted" if they have not received any email, LinkedIn connection request, LinkedIn direct message or have a manual task with IGNORED or DONE status in an active campaign.
If a prospect is in two different running campaigns (under one Client), then that prospect is counted twice towards the TO BE CONTACTED value for that Client. The global status of a prospect will not affect these statistics.
The progress bar showing the current status for a Client is equal to the difference between the number of total prospects and the number of uncontacted prospects divided by the number of total prospects in RUNNING campaigns.
The progress bar is divided into three states of different colors:
grey one: when a Client doesn’t have any Running campaigns,
green one: when the number of to-be-contacted prospects is greater than 15%,
red one: the number of to-be-contacted prospects is lower than 15%.
If you hover your cursor over the bar, you will see brief information about the current state of the prospects or campaigns under this Client.
Cleaning client's prospect database
You can clean out the client's prospect database without logging into their accounts. This applies to both Active and Inactive Clients.
After clicking on the icon, you can choose between three options:
Remove contacted over 6 months ago,
Remove all prospects,
Remove manually from database. (not available for Inactive clients)
After choosing the desired option, a window will pop up asking for confirmation of this action. You can see the selected prospects that will be removed – the link will direct you to the database.
The deletion process will run in the background. Once it's done, we'll send you a notification in the notification bell.
Campaigns tab
You can manage your clients’ campaigns in the “Campaigns” tab under the “Clients” panel to organize them better and more quickly.
In the “List” tab, you’ll see all the campaigns from all your Clients' accounts, the number of prospects, delivered messages, percentage of opens and responses, and Interest level.
You can filter the campaigns by name, status, or by specific Client.
After selecting the campaigns, you can change their status or delete them in bulk. You can also Pause, Start, or Stop a campaign in bulk. After selecting one status, click on the “Apply” button.
In case the status cannot be changed, you will be notified about it in the right-down corner, and the details of this issue can be found in the "Status issues" tab.
Next to the campaign name, you'll see the link to go directly there to check the full reason for an issue.
