When adding an email account to the warm-up, you’ll be asked to fill in some fields with your first and last name, along with the SMTP and IMAP server data.
If you’re connecting a Mailgun account, here’s what you need to do.
Access SMTP settings in Mailgun
Log into your Mailgun account. On the left bar, click on the Sending tab and then “Overview” from the dropdown.
2. Add Domain/Email
In the SMTP Credentials tab, click on the “Add new SMTP user” button and input your credentials as needed.
If you choose the “Automatic” option for password creation, you’ll have to copy and save this for future use, as it will be only displayed once. The SMTP password generated in Mailgun settings is the one you have to save and put into Woodpecker when activating warm-up for this account.
In case you miss it, you can choose to reset password. The new password will again be available to copy and save from the popup window.
3. Activate Warm-up in Woodpecker
Head to Accounts in Woodpecker and choose the Mailgun account you want to add to the warm-up process. In the SMTP section, under the password field, paste the password copied from Mailgun settings, which will be the Mailgun SMTP credentials.
For the SMTP Server address, use smtp.mailgun.org and 587 port.
